Data Backup FAQs

It depends upon how many files or folders you want to backup.  Choosing to backup word editor or spreadsheet files takes up much less space than choosing image or video files.  All files/folders can be selected to be backed up, but care should be taken to ensure that enough quota is enabled to accommodate all selected files. Planning for future expansion should also be taken into account.
The initial backup of the data goes to our main backup server.  This is located in a data center in Wisconsin.  From there, the data is replicated to a secondary server in yet another location in Wisconsin.  We use two locations for increased reliability and uptime.

Hosted Email FAQs

It depends on how much email you get.  But we have quotas to accommodate any size organization.  The minimum size is 10GB, but it can be expanded to whatever amount of storage is needed.  This quota is shared for all addresses under the same domain.
Yes.  When we setup your domain to be served by Datawize Hosted Email, we alter your domain's MX records.  This tells internet traffic where all mail requests should be routed.
